What Flo has that Isla 1.0 does not

  • A Health Assistant chat and expert articles and video courses, in Premium
  • A community (Secret Chats)
  • Flo for Partners, a view-only calendar for a partner (not with Anonymous Mode)
  • A teen mode

Moving your history

Request your data in Flo through Help, Contact us, and ask for JSON. In Isla (Isla Pro), Settings, Your log, Bring your history, then pick the file. You see the cycles found before anything is saved.

Isla estimates your cycle from what you log. It is not birth control and it is not medical advice.

Isla is free for logging, estimates, reminders, widgets and Apple Health sync. Isla Pro is $9.99 once, $5.99 a year or $1.49 a month in the US.
