A period log that never leaves your iPhone.
Isla keeps your period log on this iPhone. You never create an account, and no server of ours ever holds your dates, flow, symptoms or notes. Isla estimates your cycle from what you log. It is not birth control and it is not medical advice.
What leaves the phone is short enough to list. Isla reports a few anonymous app events to Tundra's own analytics: the app opened, setup finished, a day was logged (never what or which day), the Pro screen appeared, a purchase went through. There are no ads, no pop-ups and no third-party code inside the app. The in-app page "What leaves this iPhone" shows the same list. If you switch on Apple Health sync, Isla reads and writes Cycle Tracking in Health, which also stays on the device.
Setup takes one screen. Pick the day your last period started from the past six weeks, set how many days it usually lasts, and the estimate for your next period updates under your finger.
Today brings your cycle day, period estimates and a little blob companion together in a glass dial. Use Change outfit to try on skins, hats, glasses and necklaces. Five starter pieces are free; 21 optional cosmetics are available as individual one-time purchases for $0.99 each in the US. Other storefronts show local prices. Cosmetics are separate from Isla Pro.
Included at no cost, for as long as you use Isla: - Unlimited logging: flow, spotting, symptoms, moods, your own tags, notes, basal temperature, tests and a daily pill. - Next-period estimates a full year out, with a range when your cycles vary. - The estimated fertile window, always marked as an estimate. - A calendar and your cycle history, with plain observations taken from your own log. - Reminders, every one switched off until you choose it, with discreet wording if you want it. - Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, a Control Center button, Siri and Shortcuts, and a Lock Screen countdown. - Two-way Apple Health sync, on the device. - App Lock with Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode, discreet wording and a discreet app icon. - Fourteen free colour themes, including Island, Groove, Clean, Warm Cream, Slate Blue and Midnight. - iPad support. - A copy of your whole log as JSON or CSV, and a single button that erases it.
Isla Pro goes deeper into your own history. It adds a cycle report PDF for a doctor covering any dates you choose, your symptom history and the patterns in it, pregnancy mode and perimenopause mode, logging from Apple Watch, and moving your past cycles in from a Flo or Clue data export or a CSV file. Importing from Apple Health or from an Isla backup stays free.
Isla Pro is $9.99 once for Lifetime, $5.99 a year after a 7-day free trial, or $1.49 a month, in US dollars; other storefronts show their own amounts. Yearly and Monthly renew by themselves until you switch renewal off in your Apple Account, at least 24 hours before the current period ends. A Yearly trial that is not cancelled before its seventh day ends becomes a paid year.
Isla's App Store privacy label reads "Data Not Linked to You: Usage Data (Product Interaction)". Nothing is used to track you and nothing is linked to you.
