What Apple Health has that Isla 1.0 does not

  • It is built into every iPhone and free
  • Retrospective ovulation estimates from Apple Watch wrist temperature, on supported watches
  • Notifications about possible cycle deviations, such as irregular or prolonged cycles
  • Sharing Cycle Tracking with a contact through Health Sharing

Moving your history

Nothing to move: in Isla, Settings, Your log, Bring your history, Apple Health reads the Cycle Tracking history already on your iPhone, for free. Turn on Health sync and Isla keeps writing what you log back to Health.

Isla estimates your cycle from what you log. It is not birth control and it is not medical advice.

Isla is free for logging, estimates, reminders, widgets and Apple Health sync. Isla Pro is $9.99 once, $5.99 a year or $1.49 a month in the US.
